Hi again! I was just wondering if there was a way to set up a slider for the H-attribute to control 2 attributes (for scaling)? I'm assuming there might be some scripting that could make that happen in the change command form but I just thought i'd ask here

No, the H attribute can only control one Maya attribute, I guess scripting in the change command is the only way to go if this is really needed.
