How do I change the directory where the picker is pointing at?

I see the default location is under the maya folder, can I change this to a different path?

Sure, if you choose the install mode "No copy, invoke the program in place", then it will use the program from the installation source directly without any copying.

So that means you just manually copy the unzipped installation source to any desired place and install it use the "No Copy" install mode.
