Can't load picker images if rig is referenced

For Maya 2025, I can't see the images used in the picker. The picker works but the image doesn't show up. This only happens when I reference in the rig. If I open it, I can see the image, no problem.

This is an issue that has been fixed internally, and we are in the process of releasing it.

The fix will be included in v2.3.0.
