For a floating license holder, you just need to log in to another machine.
While for a node-locked license holder, you will need to make sure the old machine will never be used for MGPicker designing purposes, it is deregistered, and then send through the new user code to mgpickerstudio@gmail.com asking for a new registration code. Note that you can switch to different machines for twice for maximum.
