How to make body, face their own tabs instead of both being in a single tab

I have Facial then Body both in a single tab and i have to zoom out then in or move the slider over. It would be a lot easier for me to have them separated into their own tabs, is there a way to do this

You can separate picker files into two files, but I will still suggest using the picker panel. You can use hotkey 0~9 to quickly zoom in and focus on different panels.
