Does MG picker still exist

Question

I'm wanting to install Kayla for a school and it requires MG Picker to be installed.

All I can find is MG picker studio which is not free and doesn't seem to be a simple copy-to-install.

The thing is we used to have it (before I became the one to do it) and it got deleted.
