Maya crashes everytime when I open picker

I had a problem with the installation - it crashed. When I reload it and open the icon, it just crashes every time. Could you help to solve that problem?

I'm using MacOS and Maya 2022.

Hmm, do you have a crash log?

If you are using Apple CPU, you will need the version released on 04/05/2023 or later.
