I purchased a monthly floating studio license and now I can't cancel it.

Question

I do not want the monthly floating studio license to renew past the first month. I did not sign into paypal to purchase the license, I opted for the debit/credit card option below sign up. Now, it seems I have no way of canceling the automatic renewal for the monthly floating studio license. Please advise.

Hmm, I thought using Paypal account for a subscript is a requirement. If it is a Paypal subscription you can simply log in Paypal and cancel it yourself, and I can help to cancel that too.

But I never know you can set up one using a credit card without Paypal, are you sure it is a subscription? If so, maybe call your bank?
