I use maya 2022 and free version of MG picker. Problem is every f#ing time I restart Maya or change scene, I need to open the picker and set namespace. I just want it to stay there. Just lost the last picker I used automatically. How to do it?

You can either set it as a generic picker or put it in the picker project folder, or put it in some dir that is in the search path.
But you still need to click on the "search and load" button after you select one part of your rig.
Another way is save as / export picker as a picker node, which may contain full picker data or just a path to the picker file. With the default configuration, when you load such a Maya scene, the picker file will be loaded.
The advanced way is to implement a custom loader of your own, and you can load all character pickers in your scene.
